U23 International Tournament In Egypt

Egypt is currently hosting a friendly tournament for U23 African teams in Cairo. 8 teams split into two groups are participating. Egypt beat Kenya 11-1 in one of the games (some people on the internet are mistakenly calling it an Olympic qualifier). Egypt also beat Nigeria 3-0 and I'm not sure what the score was against Togo. Egypt finished first in their group and will face Cameroon in the semi-finals tomorrow while Morocco takes on Togo.

Egypt won the final 1-0 against Morocco

The tournament did not get enough attention in Egypt itself unfortunately (too busy with Geddo)..but this is a promising result for our young Pharaohs - if it's any indication of what's to come.
